    This is a old bug that still occurs. The next time you get a notification, use the "purge all" button. That should clear your notifs and reset your count back to 0.

    Also, make sure that "Whole Gallery" is checked for Gallery Mode in your site options (http://my.minitokyo.net/skin)

    If you can't get the drop-down menu to show up, use http://my.minitokyo.net/logout to logout.

    Just use ?order=tag to sort by alpha. For example, series tags in alpha order is http://www.minitokyo.net/Series?order=tag . Or, click on the "name" link at the top of the list.
